The Superior Rooms at Villa Mockingbird Hill are on the first floor and offer enchanting views overlooking the gardens and the Caribbean Sea from their covered verandas. The Deluxe Rooms at Villa Mockingbird Hill are the Villa’s most romantic and perfect for a honeymoon in Jamaica offering classical tropical-style indoor-outdoor living and mesmerizing views. The Pad

We recommend these rooms for those travellers to Port Antonio who are on a budget but are not willing to sacrifice luxury and their comforts whilst on holiday in Jamaica.
Access to the Pad is from the swimming pool area on the side of the main building but it has a lovely, private patio and consists of two rooms (bed- and living room).

The Den

The Den is located close to the pool area and thus ideal for children but you enjoy less privacy on its balcony and it does not offer the same views as from the other rooms. You can enjoy these from the public areas such as the bar terrace. It is also the smallest room the Villa has to offer but it is cosy and offers the same amenities as the other rooms. We recommend these rooms for those travellers to Port Antonio who are on a budget but are not willing to sacrifice luxury and their comforts whilst on holiday in Jamaica. Room Categories

The Standard Room is a simple, cosy room close to the pool with an interconnecting door to the adjoining room, thus ideal for families. There is only one standard room adjoining a garden view room. This economy room is intended for children accompanying their parents and is ideal for them given the close proximity to the pool. This room can only accommodate 2 single beds (twin beds) and does not offer the views or have the larger balconies of the other garden view rooms. Given the proximity to the pool it does not offer the privacy of the other rooms.

The Gardenview Rooms are comfortable rooms with views of the gardens. Some also have views of the sea.

The Superior Rooms are on the upper level and offer views overlooking both the lush hillside and the sea in the background.

The Deluxe Rooms are Superior rooms but with an extended open seating area with folding Serpentine doors so that with good weather you can open up entirely onto the balconies while remaining sheltered during rainy weather.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your Travel Flexibility Should your plans change up to a month before arrival you may move your booking to an alternative date (based on availability) and apply your full deposit less the administration fee of US$ 65.00 to the new date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences. Any direct reservations you make can be changed for a future arrival date if new travel dates are selected within the same year.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. All cancellations attract a transaction fee of US$ 65.00.

For cancellations received up to:

-30 days prior to arrival 30% of the total room cost will be retained.

– 9-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total room cost will be retained

-Within 14 days of arrival date 70% of the total room cost will be retained

There are no refunds for cancellations received within 3 days of arrival date, for no shows or early departures.

Special Terms and Conditions for Christmas and New Year : For reservations during the Christmas and New Year’s Period ( 21. Dec. – 3. Jan 2021) no refunds are applicable after 31 October or for no shows or early departures.
